- Choose high intensity workouts over steady state – most training sessions
- Eat breakfast – always
- Choose ice water over lightly chilled water – and stay hydrated
- Include protein in every meal – and increase fibre intake
- Don’t starve yourself – but allow yourself a slight hunger feeling between meals
- Drink tea or coffee – leaving out the sugar and cream
- Get adequate sleep – and try to get to bed no later than 10pm. Every hour before 10pm has the value of two hours
